    30 Holiday Energy Boosters

Keep your energy level up with these tasty 30 holiday energy booster bites and bars to help you get through the holiday season!

We are getting into the hustle and bustle season - so much to do and so little time to do it!  You might be running from here to there, shopping, baking, cooking, wrapping gifts and decorating.  What's a person to do that needs some extra energy?  Well today we are sharing 30 Energy Boosters to help you get through the holidays in a tasty way!  All of these treats are no-bake, can be made ahead, transported easily and are adult and kid friendly.  Keep calm and sanity on!

I have to admit I am panicking a bit.  There are 30 days until Christmas (and 30 boosters!) for us to get so much done.  Now that Thanksgiving is over, we are going to hit the ground running.  By the end of the weekend we are hoping to finish the outside lights, decorate the inside and get a tree.  The DIY Guy did start the lights last weekend when it was a bit warmer - no fun trying to put up lights in freezing temps but we do have a rule NOT to turn them on until December 1.  So if we can get all that done, whew, I would be one happy camper!

The next two weekends are busy with our little grandson Alex turning one and going to his birthday party.  Wow this past year has flown by.  The weekend after John and I are going to New York City as a belated birthday gift for me.  I've always wanted to see NYC at Christmas - experience the sights, Rockefeller Plaza, window shopping, food, etc.  We have tickets to see the Rockettes ad The Lion King.  One of our dinner reservations is at Bar Americain which is a Bobby Flay restaurant.  You might recall that I was in NYC this past June too - I just love New York!

So technically we only have one weekend free before Christmas weekend! Luckily my friend Sue and I have our annual shopping trip next week in Minneapolis.  We shop til we drop and I hope to have the bulk of it done then.  Now can you see why I'm so interested in some extra energy???

    Now onto the tasty boosters!
