Time to take the scratch and sniff test - oh wait - you can't now, BUT you can make these rolls and experience that first hand!  My kitchen smelled so good when the rolls came out of the oven with the orange citrus flavor.  Then it was doubly aromatic with the orange glaze that was drizzled over the warm rolls.  Do I have your mouth watering yet?  I hope so!  These turn out so light and fluffy and when combined with the crunchy pecans, you have the perfect breakfast treat or snack.

Friday night is pizza night about 99% of the time at our place.  About half the time I make it myself and the other half we order out.  By the end of the week, I'm just ready to have an easy, simple meal and not do a lot of fussing.  This cast iron skillet pizza might look complicated but I have to say it was one of the easiest pizzas I have ever made and I've certainly made my share over the years.  You will definitely want to give this one a try.

We've all heard it is not nice to fool with Mother Nature, right?  But what about when Mother Nature fools with us?  Oh sure she teased us when it was in the 60s for five-six days, all the snow was gone, had a little extra skip in my step then bam we woke up this morning to ten inches of snow!  What's a girl to do?  Well, that is where this lasagna soup comes in.  We did have a heads up the storm was coming so I ran out last night to get "provisions" as we prepared to hunker down.  That's what us Minnesotans do, even this transplanted one - we wouldn't want to starve :)

Today's recipe was especially made for our granddaughter Emily so I'm dedicating this post to her.
Doesn't it seem like in recent years we hear more about peanut allergies?  When my kids went to school, I think I heard of a couple kids with it and honestly did not pay much attention.  I do have one friend who's son has it and learned a little more but it wasn't in our family.  That changed when Emily had a reaction the first time it was introduced to her and she broke out in hives.  Long story short with visits to the doctor and testing, she has tested positive.  Luckily she has never had any breathing problems and obviously we are very careful with her foods.  She still loves her treats though and I love making them for her so be sure to check out the recipe to see how this was made peanut free.
