Cranberry Gorgonzola Tart

Cranberry Gorgonzola Tart | Cooking on the Front Burner

Before you start making those New Year resolutions, you'll be needing appetizers to ring the year out and that is where this Cranberry Gorgonzola Tart comes in.  If you want to be the hit of the party, whip up these fancy looking tarts.  Trust me they aren't too fussy and are super flavorful with the tang of the cranberries and gorgonzola cheese.  You'll find me sharing this recipe over at Real Housemoms for my monthly post.  I hope you had a happy holiday and have a great new year!

Oh, I should mention too that these freeze really well.  Just reheat in the oven at 350 for about 10 minutes.
