Well, it’s been awhile since I’ve been in the kitchen cooking a meal… I think Mr. John thought I forgot where it was! Glad I’m back and really enjoyed making this meal – easy recipe, a few ingredients and 25 minutes later dinner was served.
I think one of reasons this dish was so flavorable is that the zucchinni and chicken were cooked in the oil from the oil-packed tomatoes. Then the pasta, chicken, zucchinni and tomatoes were tossed together.
Romano cheese, fresh pepper and a drizzle of oil finish it off!
