Well, this was easy! I’m not sure where I got this recipe but it has 5 ingredients and tastes great! John thought so too and gave it 3 stars….
Start out by putting about 1/3 cup sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 pan
Layer with 1/3 package of cheese ravioli (20 oz. – the refrigerated type)
Add 5 oz. spinach (1/2 of 10 oz. box that has been thawed and squeezed good)
Add 4 oz. mozarella cheese (I was even lazier by not grating it)
Top with 1/3 of the leftover sauce
Repeat layers – ending with ravioli and sauce and then sprinkle 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
