We just got back from our Florida get-a-way. Monday John and his brother went fishing on the Gulf of Mexico. Here is one of the 20 fish caught that day – a red fish – John cooked it up for them (I don’t like fish – kind of interesting since I’m married to a fisherman!)
So John provided the surf and I provided the turf:
An antipasto salad with romaine lettuce, marinated olives and artichokes, grape tomatoes, provolone cheese, salami, roasted red peppers and pepperoncinis… just use your favorite dressing (I use a Greek Vinaigrette).
Now we are back to reality…
