Buffalo Chicken Ka-Bobs

Here's a firecrackin' good recipe that The Fisherman and I had for dinner on the 4th and look Sarah - no bones :-)!

This is super simple - cube boneless chicken (I used about 1 pound), melt 2 T butter and add 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce, mix with chicken and marinate in the refrigerator about 3-4 hours.  I skewered with some red peppers (didn't think celery would taste good grilled), grilled about 10 minute and ready to eat!  Also I think the butter helped keep the chicken moist.  For mine - I took off the skewers, dipped in bleu cheese dressing and more hot sauce with celery on the side.  The Fisherman ate his on Italian bread.

Quick and easy!
