Maple-Mustard Glazed Chicken


Tonight we had a yummy meal from the Jan/Feb '12 Cooking Light Magazine.  Mr. John walked through the door and commented that it smelled like a good meal night... lol!  It was fairly easy to make and about 265 calories per serving.  (recipe can be found here)  The only difference is I cut the chicken into smaller pieces.  I served this is mashed potatoes (cheated from a packet!) and green beans.  This will be on my must make again list.

Ingredients


Seasoned chicken with S&P


Chicken is browned in a skillet


Chicken is removed and other ingredients are added


Chicken is placed back in skillet, based with sauce and baked for about 10 minutes


Mr. John said 4 stars!
