Happy New Year!

Welcome 2012!  It's time for some resolutions...have you started your list?  Eating? exercise?  Yeah, me too!  I detoxed the house today - leftover cookies gone and I'm eating the last 6 mint M&Ms right now.  I'm actually pretty excited to start cooking (healthy) again.  I have some new recipes to try plus just arrived in the mail were my new Cooking Light, Food Network magazines and shortly my Taste of Home will be coming (a Christmas gift from one of my daughters).

Do you have a special meal you eat today?  My grandmother had a saying "If you eat chicken, you'll be scratching all year, if you eat ham, you'll be living off the fat of the land"  So I heeded her advice and made ham!
