Lemon-Pepper Fettuccine

When life gives you lemons, you must try this recipe!  Seriously, it was very delicious and if John can give it 4 stars without meat, you know it is good.  I found it in one of my Food Network cookbooks and it is also on-line here.


Zest of one large lemon

The key is fresh grated pepper

Shallots are sauteed in butter

Heavy whipping cream, percorino cheese, one egg yolk and the zest are added to the shallots


Add cooked fettuccine along with salt and pepper

Dig in!
