Main ingredients. The chicken was pounded thin and then dredged in a flour mixture that includes S&P and sage.
Instead of using vegetable oil as the recipe states, I used olive oil. Chicken is sauteed about 3 minutes on first side, then turned and topped with a slice of ham and swiss cheese. Add chicken broth and a dry white wine, cover and let simmer about 4 additional minutes or until chicken is done and cheese melts. Be sure to spoon sauce over the chicken... it has a great flavor.
Dinner was complete with Uncle Ben's 90 second wild rice and frozen green beans from Trader Joe's. Mr. John gave this 4 stars and is happy to have leftovers for a night I don't cook!
