Sunday Brunch Time-Recipe 1

Here's one of the brunch recipe that I brought over to Kari's house the morning after the wedding.  We will have to ask her guests what they would rate it!  Called French Toast with Apples and adapted from Pampered Chef.  This was given to me 15 years ago from my friend Pam.  It is a frequent flyer!

First make the caramel sauce that goes on the bottom of the baking dish

Cook it until it is nice and bubbly

Then pour into pan

Prepare the apples and lay on top of caramel

Slice and cube bread

Prepare egg mixture

Place bread cubes in

The cubes are spread over the apples, covered and baked the next day...

You may serve with maple syrup or make the sauce that comes with the recipe (it is awesome!)
