Asian Flair II

Tonight I used up the rest of my fresh ginger and green onions for this Asian inspired dish.  Fresh ginger is awesome - love the flavor and my house smells good! 

I toasted the sesame seeds by putting in a dry frying pan over medium heat and stirring until golden brown

Other ingredients - though I had a brainstorm after taking this picture to add peas and scrambled eggs

Next up was cooking the pork, garlic and ginger

 Remove pork and scramble the eggs


The next steps went by kind of quick - so no step by step pictures but here is the final result!

We enjoyed this dish and John gave it 4 stars!
