Last night after the guys did some power raking, we had Dave and MJ over for dinner. First we needed some tasty beverages:
Next we started with a salad that my friend Sue recommended from Pampered Chef - called Pecan-Crusted Mozzarella Salad. Recipe here
The mozzarella is served over spring greens with a balsamic vinaigrette. This was delicious!
I've seen shrimp tacos served with a coleslaw blend, a creamy cilantro sauce and grated cheese. I kind of made it up as I went along so when I make again, I'll figure out the recipe and post
MJ provided a wonderful dessert - Boston Creme Pie.... (and I used up whatever paper plates I had in the house)
