Here is the recipe in my mom's handwriting "Castonioli or Honey Balls":
After mixing the ingredients, the dough is sticky:
Drop about a rounded tablespoon into hot that has been heated over medium-high heat - have to make sure the oil isn't too hot or they will cook too quickly and not be done in the middle. They flip themselves and keep cooking until golden brown
Put in bowl and drizzle honey all over:
